This customers said he was going to send a comment for our website and it must have slipped his mind because we never got it. Then I remembered, wait a minute... his last comment IS a comment! Boy, it's easy to see why I'm so important around here.(webmaster)

I'm sorry for not getting back to you sooner. It was a pleasure dealing with you too! A whole lot has been going on here, and still is, but sometime next week I should be able to decide on a quote for your website. If you put anything from our report on your web page, please don't put our name or address, just a few photos and comments. Probably the most interesting thing was that big basement wall, and about that I could send you a photo of what all is behind it. I took photos before the drywallers came and did their thing, so you can see exactly how the insulation there is, where the steel braces are, etc. Have a great day, and I'll e-mail you again sometime next week.
