Challenge: Heavy frost / moisture occurring in attic of 2 yr old two story home.
Atmospheric Temp: -15
| Comments: Sun loading on roof sheathing evident in attic images. Images show that little airflow is occurring in attic and stagnant air is retaining humidity. Appears moisture has penetrated insulation and is collecting on ceiling vapor barrier. Recommend increased ventilation and drying out attic insulation once venting in place. |
